At the age of 18 Devin joined the U.S. Army where he served proudly for 20 years as an Electronic Missile System Repairer and Military Policeman. Attention to detail, honor, and integrity were at the forefront of his service throughout his military career, which included 5 combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is now bringing those same values and precision to the inspection of the most valued purchase of your lifetime, your new home.
Devin received his classroom training as a Home Inspector from the House Call Training Institute and his in-field training was given by one of the most sought-after home inspectors in South Louisiana, Mr. Joe Cook.

During high school, Cory worked with several contractors learning different trades such as roofing, HVAC, flooring, and masonry. After graduation, Cory went to work building and remodeling homes with 1st Choice Maintenance, spending 6 of those 8 years as Foreman. He ended his building and trades career with RLK Construction as Site Lead. After 18 years in the building and remodeling industry, Cory is looking to bring his skills and knowledge to the inspection of your future home! Cory received his certification schooling from the Professional Home Inspection Institute, later receiving his on-the-job training from Devin Forsythe.
